Project Title: The life cycle of international institutions
Synopsis of project:
This project develops a conceptual framework called the Life Cycle of International Institutions, which suggests that the efficacy of an international organization is a function of its creation, operation, and adaptation as an organism in a changing population. A series of theoretical models allow me to identify environmental and country characteristics that predict IO efficacy as a whole organism.
