Project Title: The Role of Electronic Correlations in Transition Metal Oxide Battery Materials
Research Interests: The Wilson group at UCSB works in the field of experimental condensed matter physics studying electronic phenomena and phase behaviors in correlated electron systems and other quantum materials. Broadly, their interests span exploring novel forms of electronic symmetry breaking, new magnetic states, unconventional superconductivity, and quantum criticality’s role in driving emergent phase behavior.
